Miumosa took part in the Pop-Up Store and Fashion Show held at Marui Department Store, Sannomiya, Kobe, Japan, from 15–21 April 2026. Together with fifteen other Indonesian brands, including Bateeq, JS Cultura, Manika Jewellery, Prosa, Samara, etc., Miumosa joined this curated showcase aimed at introducing high-quality Indonesian products to the Japanese market. The event was initiated by ITPC Osaka, led by His Excellency Mr. Didit Akhdiat Suryo.
The program was officially opened by the Consul General of the Republic of Indonesia, His Excellency Mr. John Tjahjanto Boestami, on Wednesday, 15 April 2026. The Pop-Up Store featured contemporary Indonesian creations with refined cultural influences, ranging from fashion and accessories to jewellery. In addition to the showcase and fashion show, the agenda also included visits to several Japanese companies to explore opportunities for sustainable business collaboration.
Represented directly by its Founder & CEO, Anindya Sukarni, Miumosa presented its latest Songket Tabur collection along with its signature Trisita identity—black, white, and gold—applied to bags and footwear. The brand also showcased the Budaya Silk Scarf collection, including the Calon Arang Legend Edition (Bali) and the Keong Mas Legend Edition (East Java). (END)

The Story
The legend of Calon Arang originates from Java and later became deeply rooted in Balinese cultural heritage. It tells the story of Calon Arang, a widowed sorceress of immense and formidable power, and her beautiful daughter, Ratna Manggali.
Despite her grace and charm, Ratna Manggali remained unmarried — not due to a lack of suitors, but because of the fear cast by her mother’s reputation. Consumed by heartbreak and rage, Calon Arang unleashed chaos upon the land, bringing disease and destruction to the kingdom.
Balance was restored only when Empu Bharadah, a sage of profound wisdom and spiritual strength, confronted her. Through knowledge, restraint, and spiritual clarity, he dispelled the darkness and returned harmony to the land.

"Why discipline, governance, and identity matter more than visibility in building a sustainable business. A note from our Founder & CEO, Anindya Sukarni.
Miumosa learned business the hard way—at an age that was arguably too early.
Entering the formal business ecosystem instilled discipline: adherence to protocols, SOPs, standardization, and non-negotiable compliance with established rules. At the same time, exposure to the global brand ecosystem offered a different and critical perspective—that true strength lies in independence and a clearly articulated brand identity, far beyond the celebration of entrepreneurship programs, ceremonial networking, or proximity to public figures and well-known local brands that ultimately do not shape narratives on the international stage.
Through this journey, I came to understand that seriousness and sustainability in business are reflected in the founder’s commitment to building solid foundations: legal compliance, regulatory legitimacy, and sound governance. Achieving ISO 9001:2015 certification in 2025 marked one of the most significant milestones in Miumosa’s six-year journey. It may have come early, it may have come fast—but for a true entrepreneur, nothing is ever entirely impossible.
And to my second venture, Rekatama—
you have rested for too long. It is time to rise, move forward, and reclaim opportunities that were once left behind. I recognize that the burden is not light. Layered regulatory requirements, from SIUJK licensing to other non-negotiable formalities, are realities that must be faced with resolve.
Trust is the starting point. Beyond that, only competence, consistency, and professional execution will determine direction and long-term viability.
2026 is a year of discipline and intensified effort. There are ambitions yet to be realized, expectations entrusted to us, and responsibilities that must be carried with full awareness.
